How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order is ready, the status will change to 'completed'. You will then receive a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can track your package by filling in your code on https://www.dpd.co.uk/index.jsp. Please NOTE: The Track and Trace will activate once your parcel passed custom control. In many countries, DPD allows you to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt. You can check if this is possible for your region on the DPD website.

The current delivery time is 10-15 working days due to Brexit related delivery delays. Please keep track of your order by filling in your track&trace code here. In case of doubts please contact the carrier. 

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

DPD will try to deliver your package once. If possible, the DPD courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. After the first attempt to deliver your package fails, DPD will leave it at your nearest DPD parcelshop. Your package will be held there for a period of 14 days.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs for your order are: 3.95 GBP.
Delivery is free for all orders above 40 GBP. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will always enjoy free delivery.
Delivery prices may vary during promotions and offers.

What is the delivery time?

Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.

You can ship your order to your home, office or another address (no P.O. boxes) within the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately we do not do deliveries to Guernsey and Jersey at the moment.
