- What are the terms and conditions for loyalty points?
Earning points
For all purchases made in G-Star stores and on G-Star.com, 5% of the total purchase value is converted into loyalty points. For purchases made in Outlet stores, 2.5% of the total purchase value is converted into loyalty points.
Redeeming points
Loyalty points can be redeemed on all products available on G-Star.com and in G-Star stores, including sale items.
Please note that points cannot be redeemed in countries where the euro is not the local currency.
- When can I save and redeem points?
You can earn and redeem points only as a member of CLUB-G. To join, sign up via the website footer or through https://www.g-star.com/newsletter.
If you choose to opt out of CLUB-G, you will stop earning points immediately. However, any points already collected will remain available for redemption for an additional 6 months.
- Which countries participate in CLUB-G Loyalty Points?
The CLUB-G Loyalty Points are available for email subscribers in Belgium from the 1st of June 2026.
- How long does it take to receive points after a purchase?
Please allow the following processing times for loyalty points to be credited to your account after a purchase:
- G-Star.com: approximately 30 minutes
- G-Star stores: by the following day
- I have connected my purchase to my account, but my points are not added yet. What should I do?
Please note that you must have an active CLUB-G consent in order to earn loyalty points.
In addition, please allow up to 2 hours for the points to appear in your account. If your points have still not been credited after this time, we kindly advise you to contact our
Customer Service team for further assistance.
- I exchanged points for an online voucher but have not received it. What should I do?
Please create an account, if you have not already done so, and check whether your voucher is available under "My Vouchers" in your account.
If the voucher is not listed there, we kindly ask you to contact our
Customer Service team for further assistance.
- Will my points be reimbursed in the event of a return?
Yes.
- For purchases made in G-Star stores, your points will be credited back to your account once the returned item has been processed.
- For purchases made on G-Star.com, a new voucher code will be issued following your first return.
Please note that a second consecutive return will not result in the issuance of an additional voucher code.
- Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after your last purchase. We will send you a reminder in advance, giving you the opportunity to redeem your points before they expire.
If you choose to opt out of CLUB-G, you will stop earning points immediately. However, any points already collected will remain available for redemption for an additional 6 months.
- How can I view my point balance?
Please create an account, if you have not already done so. Your points balance can be found under "Exchange Loyalty Points" in the account section.
- Can I apply a voucher discount after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, voucher codes cannot be applied once the payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed.
- Can I combine point vouchers with other voucher codes?
Only one voucher code can be applied per order. It is not possible to use multiple vouchers within a single order.
- Is it possible to convert a point voucher back into points?
No, once points have been exchanged for a voucher code, the conversion cannot be reversed.
- Can I donate my points to another user?
No, points are not eligible for transfer or exchange between users.
- Will customers continue to earn loyalty points on the portion of a purchase that is paid using points?
No, any redemption done on the order amount (via voucher, gift card, promotions or Points redemption) are excluded for the points calculation.
- When redeeming points, can you choose how many points to use, or does EVA automatically apply the full available balance in stores?
Yes, customers can choose how many loyalty points they would like to redeem in-store. EVA does not automatically apply the full available points balance.
- How are loyalty points handled if you request a full deletion of your account from EVA?
If you request a full deletion of your account, all associated loyalty points will also be permanently deleted. If you choose to opt out of CLUB-G, you will stop earning points immediately. However, any points already collected will remain available for redemption for an additional 6 months.
- How does point collection work for both existing and new customers? What steps does a store need to take to enroll or register a customer for the loyalty program?
An existing customer needs to join CLUB-G in order to start earning or redeeming points.
The G-STAR point program is not compatible with point services offered at some G-STAR RAW stores prior to the 1st of June 2026.
The contents of the program may be changed, revised or abolished without notice.
