How does the delivery process work?

When you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped from the warehouse in the Netherlands you will receive an email with your digital invoice. Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry, we'll handle clearing your order. When the package has been handed over to the local courier you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, and soon your order will be delivered to your door. This process should take between 4 - 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package has been cleared through customs and handed over to the local courier you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package using your shipping confirmation by visiting "https://www.fedex.com/en-za/home.html" and filling in your tracking number removing the last 3 digits "001". After you click on track, you will find the current status of your shipment.

Does my order need to go through customs?

Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry, we'll handle clearing your order. In case we need to confirm your information we will contact you.
