How can I track my order?

You can track you package by filling in your G-Star order number with ‘–NL01’ (e.g. 2100000001-NL01) on https://www.supaswift.com/fx/Default.aspx?TabId=94&waybill.

Please be advised to fill this order reference in the Shipper’s Reference field. After you click on ‘track’, your Waybill number will show. Click on this Waybill number and you will be directed to another page. Here you will find the current status of your shipment.

How can I return my order?

You can return an article up to 30 days after receiving it.

The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours.

Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging. Fill in the attached Return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.

Make sure that your package is sent back using UPS. In your package, you'll find a Return label for UPS.
Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, G-Star cannot be held liable.

What is the delivery time?

Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands and needs to pass through customs when it arrives in your country. Please note, the delivery time can be influenced by how long it takes to pass through customs. Also, your tracking number will also be activated once your package has pass through customs and scanned by FedEx.

The delivery time is 7-10 working days. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE.
