How can I track my order?

There are two ways to check the status of your order:

• In your G-Star account: When you log in at G-Star.com and go to “My Account” and then “My orders” you can check the status of the shipment of your order. When your order has been fully processed, the status will show as “completed”. Once the order has been shipped the status says “shipped” and a link with the T&T number will appear under the status. When you click on the link, you will be forwarded to the site of the responsible courier and the tracking info of your order will appear. Please note that the tracking link is only activated the moment the courier has received the package.

• E-mail: When the package has been shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link of the shipment. When you click on the link, you will be forwarded to the site of the responsible courier and the tracking info of your order will appear. Does my order need to go through customs?

Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry, we'll handle clearing your order. In case we need to confirm your information we will contact you.

What about duties and taxes?

All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

The courier will try to deliver your package three times. If possible, the courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. If the third attempt to deliver your package fails, the courier will return your package to the warehouse.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs: ZAR 50. Shipping is free on orders above ZAR 1,499. During times of promotion shipping costs may vary.

What is the delivery time?

Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
The delivery time is 4-10 days. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE and depending on how fast the order passes through South African Customs.

Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.

Please note; when delivering to your office or company you will have to provide the South African customs proof of employment at the nominated address.

How does the delivery process work?

When you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped from the warehouse in the Netherlands you will receive an email with your digital invoice. Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry, we'll handle clearing your order. When the package has been handed over to the local courier you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, and soon your order will be delivered to your door. This process should take between 4 - 10 business days.

Fedex will operate a contactless delivery to ensure the hygiene and safety of all. The drivers will be equipped with facemasks and sanitisers, as well as allow contactless signings on the handheld device for your parcel if requested.
