How can I track my order?

You can track you package by filling in your G-Star order number with ‘–NL01’ (e.g. 2100000001-NL01) on https://www.supaswift.com/fx/Default.aspx?TabId=94&waybill.

Please be advised to fill this order reference in the Shipper’s Reference field. After you click on ‘track’, your Waybill number will show. Click on this Waybill number and you will be directed to another page. Here you will find the current status of your shipment.

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

FedEx will try to deliver your package three times. If possible, the courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. If the third attempt to deliver your package fails, FedEx will leave it at your nearest post office. Your package will be held there for a period of 14 days.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs: ZAR 150

Shipping is free on orders above ZAR 2,000. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll always enjoy free delivery.

During times of promotion shipping costs may vary.

What is the delivery time?

Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands and needs to pass through customs when it arrives in your country. Please note, the delivery time can be influenced by how long it takes to pass through customs. Also, your tracking number will also be activated once your package has pass through customs and scanned by FedEx.

The delivery time is 7-10 working days. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE.

Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.

What are the South African customs regulations?

Private importers are only allowed to import 3 shipments per year, with a value not exceeding R50 000.00. Thereafter the individual must register as an importer with SARS. All shipments private or business imported, with a value exceeding R50 000.00, requires a registered importers code for clearance purposes. Private importers must disclose their full name and surname on the documentation. Private importers are limited with regards to quantity importations.

- Proof of Payment (Bank statements/Order confirmation)
- Proof of address corresponding with the address nominated for delivery

Please note; when delivering to your office or company you will have to provide the South African customs proof of employment at the nominated address.
