in-store returns
Any online order can also be returned at a G-Star Store. Just bring the product to the store in the original box and the store staff will return it for you free of charge.
Return confirmation
You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail. The return will be processed within 24 hours on the original payment method. The staff is not able to give you any cash in return and you can’t exchange items within the store.
