How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order in your own G-Star account. When your order has been fully processed, the status will change to 'completed'. When the package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link of that shipment.

Please note the tracking link is only activated the moment the carrier has received the package.

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 5-10 working days. Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE and depending on how fast the order passes through customs.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are AUD 8.

Shipping is free on orders above AUD 75. During times of promotion shipping costs may vary.

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

The courier of DHL Express will leave a card in your mailbox. Through their On Demand Delivery website (, you can arrange a different delivery method online within 7 days after the first delivery attempt.

Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

Deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. 
The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store.

What are the delivery options?

When we hand over your parcel to DHL Express, you will receive a mail with a scheduled delivery date and time and a link to the On-Demand Delivery website ( On the On-Demand Delivery website you can change your delivery even before the first delivery attempt, e.g. schedule a new delivery date or request collection from a DHL Express Service Point.

Where can I receive my order?

You can ship your order to your home, office or any other address excluding P.O. boxes within Australia.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. box or Parcel Locker?

We cannot deliver to a P.O. box or Parcel Locker at this time. You can ship your order to your home, office or any other address excluding P.O. boxes within Australia.

We insist on high standards and select climate protection projects based on both their environmental and social benefits. With DHL Express GoGreen climate neutral service we can help offset our greenhouse gas logistics emissions through investments in internationally recognized climate protection projects.
The emission calculation and offsetting of greenhouse gas emissions are verified by the Swiss-based auditor Société Générale de Surveillance SA (SGS). This happens in accordance with the global, cross-industry “GHG Protocol for Products” standard, the European Standard EN 16258 and ISO 14064 standards.
