Alle online bestellingen kunnen ook bij een G-Star store worden teruggebracht. Breng het product in de originele doos naar de winkel. Het personeel stuurt de bestelling dan gratis terug.
Return confirmation
You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail. The return will be processed within 24 hours on the original payment method. The staff is not able to give you any cash in return and you can’t exchange items within the store.
Please note:
- It is not possible to pick-up an order in a different country than where it is ordered online.
- It is not possible to return an order in a different country from where you have purchased the original item.
