1. This promotion on the 4 of October, 2019 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in France and Spain.
2. The promotion starts on 04.10.2019 9:00 and ends on the 13.10.2019 at 23:59 online on www.g-star.com and the app G-Star RAW and in our stores. These conditions apply in all our stores in France and Spain (with the exception of Nimes, Lyon Confluence, Lyon Tatoom, Montpellier, Marbella, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Barcelona Gran Via, Madrid Xanadú and corners) and online at g-star.com and G-star Raw App.
3. During the promotion period, participants will be granted up to 50% discount on selected items marked with a sticker.
4. Discount will be applied at checkout.
5. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. Products purchased during the Promotion can be exchanged while maintaining the discount. To do so, the Participant has to contact G-Star’s customer service.
6. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
7. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
8. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
9. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
10. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
11. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
