How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been fully processed the status will change to 'completed'. When the package is on your way, you will recieve a shipping conformation with a tracking link of that shipment. 

Please note that the tracking link only works when DHL Parcel or Fietskoeriers.nl has recieved your package. 

How can I return my order?

You can return an article up to 60 days after receiving it.

The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. Of course you may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but if you intend to return them, please ensure that the items do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours.

Make sure you wrap the items with their original labels and in their original packaging. Fill in the attached Return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.

Make sure that your package is sent back using DHL and always ask for a return receipt. You can return your package without a DHL Label. If you bring your parcel to your DHL Shop and advise them to send your Parcel to G-Star RAW the DHL Shop will accept the parcel. 

What is the delivery time?

Fietskoeriers.nl delivers the next working day. 

Same daye delivery: If you place your order is placed before 12.00, DHL will deliver your order the same evening from Monday to Friday. 

The delivery time with DHL Parcel is 1-2 days. Please note: Due to busy times during SALE there may be longer delivery times.
