1. This promotion on 24th November, 2019 (hereafter: the "Promotion") will be offered by the seller to customers (hereafter: "Participants") in South Africa.
2. The promotion starts on 25.11.2019 at 08:00 AM on the G-Star RAW App and is also valid from 25.11.19 at 08:00 AM on www.g-star.com. The promotion ends on the 29.11.2019 at 08:00 AM on the G-Star RAW App and at 08:00 AM on www.g-star.com. These conditions apply in South Africa.
3. During the promotion period, participants will be granted a 30% discount on www.g-star.com and within the G-Star Raw App (only available in South Africa). This promotion applies to selected items.
4. This promotion is only valid for orders placed on www.g-star.com and via the official G-Star RAW App
5. In the price shown on www.g-star.com and on the G-Star RAW App, the applicable discount has been applied.
6. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer will not be permitted to exchange the Product for another Product. If the Buyer wishes to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order.
7. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
8. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
9. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
10. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
11. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
12. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
