The blue colorway
To emphasize water’s singularity and convey the utmost respect for this quintessential force of nature, the blue colorway of this collection is made with world’s first Cradle to Cradle Certified™ Gold G-Star Denim Fabric, whose chemistry presents 0 risk for people and planet. This denim consists of 100% organic cotton and features the cleanest indigo technology which uses 70% less chemicals, requires no salts and has no salt bi-product, thus leaving a clean and recyclable water effluent.

LE COLORIS ÉCRU
S'inspirant de la terre brute et des créatures qui vivent dessus, ce coloris est obtenu sur du coton bio brut, sans teinture d'aucune sorte. Le résultat : un tissu extrêmement durable et recyclable. La construction en sergé est réalisée à partir de fils en 100% coton bio qui n'ont pas été teints. Grâce aux fils en coton bio non traité, les vêtements bénéficient d'un coloris blanc cassé avec de petites taches naturelles propres à chaque chacun d'eux.

De eclips - een van de meest overweldigende natuurfenomenen - is een van de andere inspiratiebronnen voor het meest duurzame denim dat we ooit hebben gemaakt. Bovendien is dit type duurzame denim ook nergens anders op de markt te vinden. Het staat voor G-Stars alomvattende benadering bij het ontwerpen van stoffen. Zo wordt er gekozen voor 100% biologische katoenvezel, milieuvriendelijke zwarte kleurstof, transport, verpakking en een dito verfproces. Met deze verftechnologie besparen we 52% water, 65% energie, 71% CO2 en 14% chemicaliën in vergelijking tot traditioneel zwart denim. Alle T-shirts en sweatshirts uit deze drie collecties zijn ontwikkeld met biologisch katoen en digitaal geprint, een van de meest duurzame drukprocessen van dit moment.
