What is the G-Star RAW Rewards program?

The Rewards program is a loyalty program that enables you to collect stars, secure your achieved status and receive rewards online and in store.

Is there a registration fee to join the G-Star RAW Rewards program?

No, joining our loyalty program is free. Natural persons over the age of 18, or persons over the age 16 with the consent of their parent(s) or legal representative(s), are eligible to join the G-Star RAW Rewards Program.

How do I become a member of the G-Star RAW Rewards program?

Becoming a member is easy. You can join the G-Star RAW Rewards Program in a G-Star RAW store, a G-Star RAW outlet, at g-star.com or outlet.g-star.com or via the official G-Star RAW app.

How can I terminate my Rewards membership?

You may terminate your G-Star RAW Rewards membership at any time by sending an email to support@g-star.com.

Where can I find my member card?

You can find your member card upon signing up for the program:

What are the benefits of G-Star RAW Rewards program?

Members of our loyalty program will be eligible for exclusive rewards such as special event invitations, seasonal vouchers and gifts. The list of benefits can be found below. These can be redeemed depending on the member's tier status.

• 10% welcome: 10% off the first order when joining the program
• Birthday gift: members will be notified when eligible for a birthday voucher
• Free shipping: free shipping on any orders when participating to the program
• Seasonal vouchers: members will be notified when eligible for seasonal vouchers

How will I know which benefits I have earned once I have collected enough stars?

As soon as you have collected the required number of stars you will be notified via e-mail about the rewards you have earned.

Tier status

How can I collect stars?

Members of the G-Star RAW Rewards Program are able to collect stars with every purchase or by performing other stars-awarding activities as communicated on g-star.com/rewards. Stars earned on purchased products that you return will be deducted from your account.

I have registered for the program, but I do not see stars in my account. Why?

It can take up to 24 hours for the stars you receive for signing up to be visible in your account.

Where and how can I collect G-Star RAW Rewards stars?

Stars can be collected on g-star.com or outlet.g-star.com, in the G-Star app, in G-Star stores and in G-Star outlets.

How do I check my stars balance?

There are a few ways to check your balance:

• Sign in to your Rewards account and go to Stars balance
• At the top of the latest G-Star RAW Rewards email communication

How do I know which tier I have reached in your Rewards program?

The amount of stars you collect correspond with a membership status level:

• 50 - 249 stars: Insider;
• 250 - 749 stars: Expert;
• 750 - 1999 stars: Icon;
• more than 2.000 stars: Elite.

How do I receive my stars when making a purchase in a G-Star store?

To receive your stars for purchases made in G-Star stores or outlets, show your member card or your email address to our Brand Ambassadors at the cash register.

How do I receive my stars when making a purchase online?

To receive your stars for online purchases made on g-star.com, log in with your account before check out.

Do my stars expire?

Yes. The date that you join the G-Star RAW Rewards Program will be the start date of your “Membership Year”. You will automatically start at the Insider level. From that moment on, your membership tier level is based on the stars collected in the current or previous Membership Year. At the end of a Membership Year, your membership tier level will be recalculated. The number of stars required for the tier level you have reached will be deducted from your actual accumulated stars. The remaining number of stars will be the starting level for the new Membership Year.

How long will I stay in my tier?
