In the face of the worldwide implications of COVID-19, we are doing everything we can to make sure everybody stays safe in these uncertain and trying times. As a global company, we are monitoring the situation closely per country. Every decision is made on a day-to-day basis in line with local safety guidelines.

We have taken the following precautions to protect your health and safety:


Infection prevention measures at G-Star RAW stores


Requests to customers when visiting the store

  • Please cooperate with the temperature check at the store entrance. Customers whose temperature is over 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to enter the store.
  • We kindly ask all customers to use the disinfectant solution at the entrance.
  • We kindly ask all customers to wear a mask in the store.
  • We kindly ask everybody to keep at least 2 m distance from each other.
  • Admission to the store may be restricted based on how crowded the store is.

Measurements at the store in order to operate safely

  • We request our store staff to check their temperature, wash hands and gargle regularly, and use the alcohol disinfectant every morning before starting to work.
  • The wearing of masks will be mandatory for all staff. The staff will also use hand sanitizer before and after dealing with customers.
  • In order to keep appropriate distance from customers, the store staff will refrain from approaching the customers. However, if you need our assistance please feel free to ask.
  • A strict cleaning protocol and corresponding schedule has been implemented.
  • All furniture and accessories inside the store, the cash register trays, pens, and every location/object often used by customers and staff will be frequently disinfected.
