Women's RAW RESEARCH Collection
G-STAR's introduces RAW RESEARCH, a men’s collection designed by Lisi Herrebrugh and Rushemy Botter, the new creative directors appointed to reimagine denim possibilities. RAW RESEARCH is G-STAR’s innovation atelier, where raw denim DNA fuels creativity and reimagines denim through bold design and function. This range takes inspiration from the archives and the original G-STAR Elwood. Every piece is shaped by G-STAR’s method; articulated fits, engineered construction, and brings a fresh take on our brand heritage. You’ll find men’s oversized shirts, denim blazers, biker jackets, and baggy jeans made with intention and designed for movement. The focus is on construction, movement and detail with clear shapes and purposeful fits.
Design and Construction
At the centre of the collection is the G-STAR Elwood, our blueprint, our approach to denim. The styles are built to follow the body in motion, using articulated lines and considered panel placement. Oversized shirts are cut with room while keeping a defined shape. Women’s biker jackets and women’s denim blazer styles are built with clean lines and functional, utilitarian details. The collection includes women’s baggy, biker and selvedge jeans. Green cast denim runs through the range, giving the fabric a cool, industrial tone that develops with wear as it fades.
