1. This promotion on November 8th, 2022 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg.
2. The promotion is valid in the G-Star RAW app from November 8th, 2022 00:00:00 to November 13th, 2022 23:59:59.
3. The promotion is valid in the G-Star RAW website from October 9th, 2022 00:00:00 to November 13th, 2022 23:59:59.
4. During the promotion period, Participants will receive 20% discount on our whole assortment - some restrictions apply, applied in the check-out.
5. In addition to the promotion period, Participants will receive an extra 11% discount on discounted products. Which is applied in the check-out from November 11th 00:00:00 to November 13th 23:59:49 PM.
6. This promotion is only valid via purchases through the official G-Star RAW website and app.
7. In the price shown on g-star app, the applicable discount has not yet been applied.The price will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
8. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 60 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer will not be permitted to exchange the Product for another Product. If the Buyer wishes to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order on the Website.
9. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
10. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
11. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
12. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
13. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
14. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
