Toute commande en ligne peut être retournée dans une boutique G-Star. Il vous suffit d'apporter le produit dans son emballage original en boutique et l'équipe du magasin le renverra gratuitement pour vous.

Return confirmation

You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail. The return will be processed within 24 hours on the original payment method. The staff is not able to give you any cash in return and you can’t exchange items within the store.

Please note:

  • It is not possible to pick-up an order in a different country than where it is ordered online.

  • It is not possible to return an order in a different country from where you have purchased the original item.
