How can I return my G-Star RAW order?

All G-Star purchases have a 60-day return policy.

Please note that there will be no prepaid return label in the box. 

To return your order, please visit returns.g-star.com, add your order number and e-mail address, then select the items you want to return. After completing the return portal you will receive a DHL Express label, please stick this label to the box and bring the parcel to a DHL Service Point or arrange a Pickup via mydhl.express.dhl.

Any return order will incur a flat rate return fee of 5 NZD. This fee will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

What is the G-Star RAW return policy?

All G-Star purchases have a 60-day return policy and must be returned in the country of purchase. 

Don’t take tags and/or labels off

The product must be unused and not damaged

Returning underwear and/or face mask is not accepted

I need a return label!

To receive a return label please visit returns.g-star.com add your order number and e-mail address, then select the items you want to return.

When will I receive my refund?

You refund will always be issued back to your original payment method.

Once we receive and process your return in our warehouse, it will take up to 5 days for the refunded amount to be available back to your original payment method. 

You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8-12 days after you hand your parcel to the carrier or a drop-off location.

NOTE: Please allow an extra 3 days during sales and high season periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and New Year).

What are the return costs?

Will the delivery costs of my returned item(s) be reimbursed?

The delivery costs will only be reimbursed when an entire order is returned. This also applies when to newsletter subscribers.
