Notice: Delivery and Return Delays Due to Warehouse Stocktaking

Thank you for shopping at the G-STAR Online Store.

Due to stocktaking at our logistics warehouse in Japan, deliveries of items shipped from our Japan warehouse and the processing of returns will take longer than usual during the period below.

Orders

Orders for items shipped from our Japan warehouse will be dispatched as follows:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16 will be shipped as usual.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16 will be shipped in sequence from Monday, October 26.

* Items shipped from our overseas warehouse (Netherlands) and from G-STAR stores are expected to be delivered as usual.

Returns

  • Returns arriving at our warehouse between Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 25 will be processed in sequence from Monday, October 26.
  • Refunds will be issued in sequence once the return has been processed.

* Returns made in person at G-STAR stores will be processed as usual.
