- How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been put together, the status will change to 'completed'. You'll then receive a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can track your package by filling in your code on www.ups.com. In many countries, UPS allows you to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt. You can check if this is possible for your region on the UPS website.
- What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?
UPS will try to deliver your package once. If possible, the UPS courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. After the first attempt to deliver your package fails, UPS will leave it at your nearest UPS / Kiala point. Your package will be held there for a period of 14 days.
- What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs for your order are: € 4.95
Delivery is free for all orders above € 50. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll always enjoy free delivery.

- What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2-3 working days. Please be aware that dispatch may take longer during SALE.
Due to current severe weather conditions the shipment of your order might be delayed.
- Can I choose a delivery address abroad?
No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.
- Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be delivered to an Access Point / Kiala Point where you can collect it. Click here to find your closest UPS Access point.

- Are there any delivery exceptions?
We strive to deliver orders to all of our customers and we work with several carriers to provide the broadest delivery coverage. However, some areas have limited service and our carriers cannot provide deliveries or returns in the following French islands:
• Saint Martin
• French Polynesia
• French Guiana
• Wallis and Futuna
• New Caledonia
• Saint Pierre and Miquelon
• Saint Barthélemy
• La Réunion
• La Martinique
Unfortunately we do not do deliveries to Guernsey and Jersey at the moment.
