How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been put together, the status will change to 'completed'. You'll then receive a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can track your package by filling in your code on www.ups.com. In many countries, UPS allows you to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt. You can check if this is possible for your region on the UPS website.

What happens if no one is present to receive the delivery?

UPS will try to deliver your package three times. If possible, the UPS courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. If the third attempt to deliver your package fails, UPS will leave it at your nearest UPS / Kiala point. Your package will be held there for a period of 14 days.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the UPS delivery service you choose:
Standard: 34.95 DKK
Fast: 115.00 DKK

Shipping is free on orders above 400 DKK. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll always enjoy free delivery. you'll always enjoy free delivery.

During times of promotion shipping costs may vary.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the UPS delivery service you choose:
Standard: 2-4 working days
Fast: 1-3 working days

Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

No, deliveries abroad are not available at this time. This is also not possible for store deliveries. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.

Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be delivered to an Access Point where you can collect it. Click here to find your closest UPS Access point.

We can also deliver your orders to your office or home.

Are there any areas in my country UPS can't deliver to?

Because of customs regulations we can’t deliver to the following areas:
- Faeröer Islands
- Helgoland
