1. This promotion on 24/04/2024 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany.
2. The promotion is valid in the G-Star RAW app from 24/04/2024 17:00:00 to 25/04/2024 23:59:59.
3. The promotion is valid in the G-Star RAW website from 24/04/2024 17:00:00 to 25/04/2024 23:59:59.
4. During the promotion period, Participants will receive 20% off everything - some restrictions apply, applied in the check-out.
5. This promotion is only valid via purchases through the official G-Star RAW app and G-Star website.
6. In the price shown on g-star app and website, the applicable discount has not yet been applied.The price will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
7. The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning Products to the Seller. Additionally, the Buyer will have to pay compensation for any loss of value of the Products if such loss is attributable to improper handling of the Products when examining the quality, properties and way of functioning of the Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller may, from time to time, offer to bear the return shipping costs or offer the return of the Products at a fixed return shipping rate, provided that Buyer uses the return shipping label provided by the Seller within the country of delivery and provided that Buyer meets any other conditions for eligibility for this offer, as communicated by the Seller from time to time. Such conditions may include, without limitation, the purchasing of full price Products. If the Buyer chooses to return Products at a fixed return shipping rate offered by the Seller, the return shipping rate will be deducted by the Seller from the refund of the price of the Products paid by the Buyer or will be invoiced to the Buyer, if the Buyer has not paid the price of the Products in full. The Buyer remains free, at all times, to select a different return shipment method and return the Products at Buyer’s own cost. In the case referred to in the preceding subsection, the Seller will refund the Purchase Price as quickly as possible, but in any event within 30 days after G-Star received the returned product. If not all the Products that form part of the Agreement are returned, the Seller will be entitled to deduct the original shipping costs from the Purchase Price to be refunded because the same amount of shipping costs will be due for the Products that have not been returned.
8. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
9. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
10. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
11. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
12. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
13. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
