5620 G-Star Elwood
The 5620 G-Star Elwood was the first jean constructed from the G-Star 3D Denim approach. Introduced in 1996, this unique method was invented by Head Designer Pierre Morisset as he replicated the moulded jeans worn by a passing motorcyclist, which had become formed to his legs from longtime exposure to the elements.
Features
The 5620 G-Star Elwood represents the core of the brand’s DNA. Despite evolving with time to become one of the most recognized denim designs of today, the Elwood jeans have retained the key elements that make it instantly identifiable – its knee patches, 3D shaping knee darts, heel guards and slanted thigh seams. This 20th anniversary edition clearly highlights these features with matte rubberized details, for a modern take on the heritage design.

- CottonBy choosing products that contain Cotton (BCI), you are supporting the Better Cotton Initiative’s mission to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment. BCI applies a mass balance system, which means that the cotton is mixed with conventional cotton in a complex supply chain. Because the end product may therefore not actually contain Better Cotton, we choose not to rank it.
