1. This promotion on the 21st of August, 2019(hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in Luxembourg.
2. The promotion is valid from 21.08.2019 14:00 to 02.09.2019 09:00 in Luxembourg or untill stock is empty in Luxembourg.
3. During the Promotion period, Participants can enjoy a Free pair of flipflops for purchases over 119 EUR . This promotion is valid on the entire collection.
4. This promotion is only valid via purchases through www.g-star.com and in the G-Star Raw Brand Stores in Luxembourg.
5. In the price shown on www.g-star.com, the applicable discount has not yet been applied. The price will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
6. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. Products purchased during the Promotion can be exchanged while maintaining the discount. To do so, the Participant has to contact G-Star’s customer service.
7. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
8. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
9. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
10. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
11. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
12. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
