Features
The New Duty padded hooded short parka is designed in a hip length silhouette. The straight fit can be altered by pulling the cords at inside waist. This parka is seam sealed on the main seams like shoulder, hood and upper back. A detachable paneled hood is lined with a soft teddy fabric. Ribbed inner cuffs and a padded lining add warmth and comfort to this style.
