Tacoma II-Moc Boot

In the period of January 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020, G-Star has sold ankle boots with art. no .: D16759-8688-1359, color Mercury, in Germany.

Dear G-Star customer, It is very important for G-Star RAW to deliver the best possible quality standard.

This is why we adhere to a number of strict quality and safety requirements, during the production of our products. One of the ways to ensure this, is to carry out random checks. During such a check, it turned out that the Tacoma II-Moc Boot (item D16759-8688-1359) in the color Mercury, did not meet these requirements.

The outer material of the boot contains a higher than permitted amount of Chrome VI, which can cause an allergic reaction in case of prolonged direct contact with the skin. Although there is no direct contact between the skin and the outer material while wearing this boot, G-Star Raw chooses to recall the ankle boots for safety reasons.

You are therefore kindly requested to return these items to G-Star. Returns are free of charge and the purchase amount will be reimbursed. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
