1. This promotion on the 2nd of April 2020 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in the United States and Canada.
2. The promotion is valid on from the 2nd of April 2020 12:00 PM ET until the 14th of April 2020 at 9:00 AM ET in the United States and Canada.
3. During the Promotion period, participants can receive 15% when they spend $150, 20% off when they spend $300, or 30% off when they spend $600 or more.
4. This promotion is only valid via purchases through www.g-star.com and the G-Star RAW® Official App.
5. In the price shown on www.g-star.com and the G-Star RAW® Official App, the applicable discount has not been applied.
6. The applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
7. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. Products purchased during the Promotion can be exchanged while maintaining the discount. To do so, the Participant has to contact G-Star’s customer service.
8. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
9. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
10. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
11. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
12. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
13. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
